Environmental policy guidelines

The environmental compatibility of cleaning products is a high priority for us. The CleanTruck products contain raw materials that have a very high biodegradability beyond the legal requirements. Extensive tests and inspections have proven this (see TÜV SÜD and DEKRA expert reports).

However, biodegradability is only one criterion among many for assessing the environmental compatibility of cleaning products. In addition, the separability is also important, i.e. how quickly harmful hydrocarbon-containing dirt particles separate from the water in the oil separator and are retained. The DEKRA expert opinion proves that CleanTruck products separate quickly in the oil separator.

The entire manufacturing process is just as important for the assessment of the overall ecological balance. Continuous CleanTruck improvements are being made to the manufacturing process in an environmentally friendly manner; for example, the necessary process heat is generated by thermal solar systems. In addition, the company maintains a photovoltaic system on the roof of the production building, which generates 10,MW of environmentally friendly electricity per year.

An environmentally friendly company policy can also be seen by supplying the products as strong concentrates. This means that less packaging material is needed and the energetic transport costs are reduced. Environmentally friendly processing is supported by an extensive range of application aids . Thus e.g. by CleanTruck sprayer T 640 only as much agent is used as is necessary for a brilliant result - and no more!

Effektive Reinigungsmittel für LKW aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen

We see the most important contribution to environmental protection in the fact that the CleanTruck products are precisely tailored to the requirements of truck cleaning. What good is the most environmentally friendly product if it doesn't work? If, for example, truck tarpaulins are not cleaned properly, they lose their function as advertising media and have to be replaced prematurely with new ones. The disposal of the old tarpaulin pollutes our environment just as much as the production of the new one.
